I started collecting Games Workshop miniatures around the time they released the Lord of the Rings Return of the King starter set. I still play Lord of the Rings Strategy Battle Game, (Or should I say The Hobbit Strategy Battle Game?)but once I learned of the 40k universe, I was hooked. I can’t say I’m a fan of all of GW’s business decisions, but after finishing all of Dan Abnett’s Gaunt’s Ghosts, a brilliant science fiction series in its own right, I dropped into 40k proper, hoping to field a decent Imperial Guard force.

I’m a competent painter; I don’t profess to be a professional. It’s strictly gaming quality. This is truly the average man’s blog. I hope you’ll stick in for the long haul, I’ll make it worth your while.
